Food and wine tours with Lakes Lovers<\/h1>\n

We organise tailor-made tours to wineries, delicatessens, and restaurants where you can taste the best of the local cuisine.<\/p>\n

Rarely are wineries close to hotels and cities, so a transfer is always expected:\u00a0 how long?\u00a0 Depends on where you stay and where you want to taste the wines of our area.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We work with producers from Valtellina<\/strong>, Franciacorta<\/strong>, Valcalepio<\/strong>, Valpolicella<\/strong>, Lake Garda<\/strong>, Lake Maggiore<\/strong> and the hills of Novaresi<\/strong>, Oltrep\u00f2 Pavese<\/strong>, Barbaresco, Barolo<\/strong> etc.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We favour visits for small or mid-sized groups, with the possibility to visit the cellars with the owners and winemakers<\/strong>, to taste various types of wine<\/strong>, perhaps combining them with speciality dishes prepared by a chef<\/strong>, better with a cooking show in front of the guests and an explanation of the highlights of the recipe being prepared.<\/p>\n

When available time allows, we recommend a stop on a lake for a cruise, or we complete the programme with a lunch or dinner before returning to the hotel.<\/p>\n

The food and wine tours require time, to enjoy the admirable views and for tasting the wine and food.<\/p>\n

We can also take you to discover the Artisanal Beer of Lombardy, Venice and Piedmont, … or take it to your hotel or our villa for a private tasting.<\/p>\n

Food and Wine Experiences by Lakes Lovers<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When, however, you do not want to move too far from the hotel you are in, the food and wine experiences are proposed, organised and lived not far away: we have good references in cities, bistros, delicatessens, restaurants where you can attend a cooking lesson, a tasting of wines and typical products combined, in the presence of a sommelier who describes the bottles and labels.<\/p>\n

And then we can organise workshops related to the world of wine (Italian and international) or team building during which you will cook, create cocktails, invent new wines, give them names and think of a marketing campaign, advertising …<\/p>\n

Cooking classes and demonstrations<\/strong><\/p>\n

One or more chefs will show you how to cook dishes from Italian cuisine (or foreign, depending on your wishes), explaining how to prepare the ingredients, the cooking time and how to present and serve the final result.\u00a0 If you wish, you could choose a participatory class: we will check with you if you would like a work table for each person or one for a small team, how many dishes and portions you will want to prepare, what level of food and wine you will want to have available.<\/p>\n

Team building in the kitchen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Always very demanding, this needs space, equipment, personnel and time available: we can assist you in the organisation from A to Z to meet your expectations.<\/p>\n

You will be cook, assisted by our staff, who will help you in cooking and serving at the table, which you can do yourself in the team, explaining to the other participants the characteristics of the prepared dish<\/p>\n

Discovery of Wine Workshop by Lakes Lovers <\/strong><\/p>\n

Highly trained and entertaining sommeliers will open the door to the Italian wine world, but they will also be ready to talk about French, American, South African, New Zealand … craft beers, rum, gin and whatever else you may want to discover<\/p>\n

Our workshops are varied and span insightful themes to fully savour the regional wines (Lombardy, Piedmont, Tuscany, Sicily, Umbria, Puglia, Campania, Veneto… make your choice!), or we can also suggest formats such as:<\/p>\n
